Our Mattress Warranties

Please take the time to carefully select a mattress to meet your comfort needs by laying on it in our Sleep Center for at least 10 minutes in your normal sleep position to properly evaluate which type and firmness best meets your needs.   Our trained Advisors and “Smart Shopper” selection system can provide guidance in finding the mattress that best matches your sleeping needs.  Unfortunately, however, even the best of mattresses can’t overcome some of the aches and pains of life that we all develop from various causes.

All mattresses we sell come with manufacturer warrantees against maufacturing and material defects or abnormal loss of support, generally for 10 years.    See our Service page for information on each manufactures warranty procedures. After sleeping on your new mattress for at least a 7-night transition period, if you believe you clearly selected the wrong mattress for your  sleeping needs, please contact our customer service department at 541-753-4851.    We may be able to suggest options such as softer top pads to improve your sleeping comfort if your mattress initially feels too firm, since all mattresses will soften with time.
