Guaranteed Lowest Prices -
We will match , or beat, any store's net sale price for the
same merchandise, on the same terms of sale, at the time of your
purchase.
We always try to have the lowest everyday discount price in the
area, but other sellers may put an item on sale, or offer the item
under different terms, so we will gladly match any store's price and
terms on items we carry. There are of course some
limited exceptions, such as manufacturer rebates or special pricing
which are not available outside the period of a manufacturer's promotion.
We also match national internet and catalog vendor prices, through our
Furniture-Direct division on the other vendors terms of sale, but
you must come to our office for ordering. We can also provide other
additional optional services over the base internet match price.

Unless otherwise designated, If you decide a stock item other than mattresses is not right for your needs, for
any reason, you
may return the item, within 2 days of delivery, as long as it is in
the same condition in which it was delivered. There is
just a 25% restocking charge for non-stock
special order items, and a use charge for mattresses or
foundations. If you need to have us pick up the item for return,
please notify us for pickup within 2 days of delivery and our
standard transportation charge will be deducted from your credit. Custom sized items, modified
items, or items damaged after delivery, are generally not
returnable.
- Guaranteed Service - BEFORE Delivery - We
inspect, assemble and Deluxe every item we sell. Most
furniture items are not in proper condition for delivery to a
customer the way they come out of the carton. Many items require
significant preparation and correction. Our trained delivery staff
and service technicians assemble, adjust, clean, lubricate, and
touch up every item to make sure it is in proper condition before it
goes to you.
- Exclusive
7 Day After Sale Transportation & Local Service Warranty -Most furniture manufacturer's
warranties, if any, are limited to manufacturing or material
defects, and do not cover transportation or
other damage.
They also usually require you to send the item back to the factory
at your
expense for
any service. Most manufacturing and material defects become evident
in the first 10 days of use.

When you purchase your furnishings
from us, we add an additional 7 day from date of delivery Blackledge Furniture
Warranty to all items except electronics, which
includes
in home service, or free pickup and redelivery, if shop
service is required, within our normal delivery areas. If the item
is located outside our normal delivery areas, the item will have to
be brought to us for local service. See our Furniture

- Cash Purchase Discounts
- When you
pay for any purchase over $997 at the time of the sale with either cash,
check, or an accepted debit card, you will receive at least an extra 1% cash
prepayment discount. Larger cash discounts may be
offered during special promotions, or on larger purchases. Although you do not receive a cash discount,
you can also pay for you purchase with Visa, MasterCard, Discover
Card, or an approved store charge account.

Sustainability - We
believe in protecting the earth we live on and having as little
impact on the natural environment as we can. When possible we try
to select products made from sustainable or recyclable materials.
Blackledge Furniture is a supporter of the American
Sustainable Business Council and was
an early supporter of the
Sustainable
Furniture Council. We will pick up furniture items that you
are replacing at no additional charge. We will take re-usable
items to Benton
Furniture Share as a
donation in your name, so they can be used by others who need
them. We try to re-use or recycle most packaging materials. We
also try to use as little energy as possible in our operations to
reduce our carbon emissions by using high efficiency lighting and
scheduling our delivery services for minimum fuel usage.

To provide you with the products and services you expect, we must
collect some personal information about you, and some services such
as financing require certain items of financial information. We do
not sell your personal information to third parties or share it with
anyone unless necessary to complete the transaction you have
requested. We do periodic mailings to customers and prospects and
may phone you if needed to complete a transaction or follow up on
prior information requests. We also offer an Email Newsletter
with Decorating and product selection education as well as advance
notice of upcoming specials and manufacturer offers. This Email
newsletter requires a subscription request
by you, and can be cancelled at any time by just sending us an
email.
