Comfort Guarantee
Please take the time to carefully select a mattress to meet your
comfort needs by laying on it in our Sleep Center for at least 10
minutes in your normal sleep position to properly evaluate which
type and firmness best meets your needs.
Our
trained Advisors and “Smart Shopper” selection system can provide
guidance in finding the mattress that best matches your sleeping
needs. Unfortunately,
however, even the best of mattresses can’t overcome some of the
aches and pains of life that we all develop from various causes.
After
sleeping on your new mattress for at least a 7-night transition
period, if you believe you clearly selected the wrong mattress for
your sleeping
needs, please contact our customer service department at
541-753-4851.
We may be able to suggest options
such as softer top pads to improve your sleeping comfort if your
mattress initially feels too firm, since all mattresses will soften
with time.
Simmons
Beautyrest Black and Tempur-pedic Mattresses over $1000 also come
with a one-time 90 Night Comfort Exchange Program.
This will let you to select a different
mattress of equal or greater price if you really made the wrong
selection.
There
is a standard $50 manufacturer processing fee, plus our $79 in home
pickup and packaging fee unless you make the exchange at our service
center. Because
of sanitation requirements, the mattress must have been protected
by a stain-proof mattress pad and must be free of stains when
exchanged.
Adjustable bases, flat foundations,
pillows and accessories are not returnable other than for defects.
Customized non-standard size
mattresses are also not returnable.
If you received any items on a
no-charge basis, or received a discount on other merchandise because
of your mattress purchase, the regular price of these items, or the
amount of discount, may be deducted from your return credit, unless
your replacement mattress re-qualifies.
